Boarding Dogs/Cats
Rate boarding dogs:
a) Up to 20 kg: RM30,- per day
b) 20 to 60 kg: RM35,- per day
For every additional dog, discount will be given.
Rate boarding cats:
a) Single cat: RM20,- per day
b) 2 cats sharing * : RM18,- each per day
c) 3 cats sharing * : RM15,- each per day
* only cats from the same home may share a unit.
Doggie Pawlor also provide day care services / pets boarding.
Notes boarding dogs/cats:
No extra charges will be given;
a) For duration of your pet´s stay in peak seasons holidays or weekends.
b) For special treatments for your pet such as hard to handle, looking after their health problems or to take care of senioren.
Discount are automatically given for long-term stay ( more than 7 days ).
All prices are per day or part of a day. Please note that a full day´s charge is payable for both the day arrival and departure.
Payment is by cash. A deposit of 50 % is payable on boarding your dog or cat, the balance to be paid in full when you collect your pet.
Pick-up and delivery of your pet may be arranged, charge dependant on distance ( area Penang island ).
Food are provided. You may bring your pet's own brand of food if you prefer, although prices will remain the same. (Some pets enjoy a new food but others cannot cope well with a change of diet at boarding time and may become more stressed).You are welcome to bring any familiar objects, bedding, toys etc. which may make your pet feel more at home.

THE HEALTH AND HAPPINESS OF YOUR PET IS PARAMOUNT
Boarding can be very stressful and we will do our best to keep your pet content and healthy while you are away. We hope you will agree that certain conditions must be followed in order to safeguard the health of all our pets guests, including yours.
* All pets must have up to date vaccination cover against pet´s ‘flu and feline infectious enteritis (the certificate must be shown on check-in). These require annual boosters.
* All pets will be checked on arrival and cannot be admitted if showing signs of infectious disease or in a poor state of health.
* Any pet observed to have a parasite infestation (worms, fleas etc) will be treated at the owner’s cost.
* Male pets over the age of 7 months can only be accepted for boarding if they have been neutered (castrated) as otherwise their spraying presents an infectious hazard. We also support timely neutering of female pets.Boarding of intact female pets 'on heat' with disruptive 'calling' behaviour is discouraged.
* On our part, all units and equipment are disinfected to ensure good hygiene. Also, for their own protection, boarding pets have no contact with outside animals or pets in other units.

Has your pet been kept up to date with vaccinations (completed at least 2 weeks before boarding)? Please call if you are in any doubt about this.
